Denial of service in OpenLink Virtuoso Open Source 7.2.9 allows remote attackers to crash the server with crafted SQL statements. The sqlc_union_dt_wrap compiler path crashes while processing a UNION ALL query whose aggregate and NULL projections vary across branches; public material does not identify the deeper faulty operation. The attack requires SQL-query submission, and the demonstrated consequence is a process crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
