CVE-2023-31595Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Live image disclosure via unauthenticated snapshot port

Published May 24, 2023 · Updated Jul 9, 2026

Incorrect access control in IC Realtime ICIP-P2012T 2.420 allows remote attackers to obtain live camera snapshots through TCP port 9989. The camera exposes port 9989 without authentication and returns a current image to each request, allowing repeated polling to assemble a live feed. Network reachability to the port is the only reported gate, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of video imagery rather than modification or interruption.
