Authentication bypass via hard-coded JWT signing key

Hard-coded credentials in Dromara Lamp-Cloud before 3.8.1 allow remote attackers to bypass authentication with a crafted JWT. ContextConstant and JwtUtil embed a predictable cryptographic key that JwtUtil uses to generate and verify tokens, allowing attacker-chosen JWTs to pass signature validation. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants web-based API access under a forged identity.
