Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized hostname

Command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R firmware 9.1.0cu.2350_B20230313 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted WAN request. The setWanCfg handler embeds the unvalidated hostName parameter in an echo command and passes the resulting string to CsteSystem. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation permits arbitrary command execution on the router.
