Application crash via undersized encryption dictionary strings

Heap buffer overflow in PoDoFo 0.10.0 allows remote attackers to crash a PDF-processing application via a crafted encrypted PDF. During encryption-dictionary parsing, PdfEncryptRC4 uses memcpy to read 32 bytes from an /O or /U string whose heap allocation can contain only 31 bytes. Exploitation requires an application to process the attacker-supplied file; the published proof of concept aborts podofopdfinfo under AddressSanitizer.
