Heap-use-after-free in PoDoFo 0.10.0 allows remote attackers to cause service interruption by supplying a crafted PDF to PdfEncrypt processing. The PdfEncrypt::IsMetadataEncrypted() component accesses heap memory after it has been released while handling PDF encryption metadata. Exploitation requires a vulnerable application to process attacker-controlled PDF input and can crash or otherwise interrupt that application; broader code execution is not established by the available record.
