Unauthenticated code execution via upload type override

Unrestricted file upload in the CKEditor plugin for Redmine 1.2.3 allows remote attackers to execute server-side code via image upload. The Browse and upload images handler trusts a client-controlled simplified_type value, so changing image to file admits a PHP payload and reveals its web-accessible path. No authentication or user interaction is required; execution occurs when the web server processes the uploaded file as executable content.
