Authenticated code execution via accepted .phtml uploads

Arbitrary file upload in Schlix CMS 2.2.8-1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted .phtml file. The core.mediamanager upload action accepts a .phtml file into a web-accessible media path, where the PHP server executes its contents. An account with Media Manager access is required; uploaded code runs in the web server context and can read sensitive host data or alter and interrupt the service.
