Authenticated code execution via unverified firmware archive

Remote code execution in APsystems Altenergy Power Control Software C1.2.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The exec_upgrade_ecu method extracts an uploaded bzip2 archive under /tmp and executes its update_localweb/assist file without verifying its authenticity. Administrative access to the firmware-upgrade endpoint is required, and exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands with the web service's privileges.
