HTTPS traffic interception via disabled certificate verification

Improper certificate validation in HTTP::Tiny before 0.083 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read or modify HTTPS traffic. The constructor leaves verify_SSL disabled unless callers explicitly enable it, so HTTPS connections do not validate the server certificate or hostname. Exploitation requires interception of a connection made with the default setting and permits impersonation of the requested server, exposing or altering application data in transit.
