Authenticated arbitrary file overwrite via ping_addr injection

Command injection in GL.iNet router firmware 3.215 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create or overwrite arbitrary files. The /api/internet/ping endpoint interpolates ping_addr into a shell command, but its metacharacter filter omits the > and < redirection operators. A valid API authentication token is required; redirecting ping output can truncate critical files such as /etc/shadow and render the device unusable.
