Authenticated file execution via SQL sensor traversal

Path traversal in Paessler PRTG Network Monitor 23.2.84.1566 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute files outside its sensor folder. The SQL v2 sensors process a file path from the SQL message without confining execution to the custom sensors directory and expose different behavior for existing and nonexistent paths. Exploitation requires an authenticated account with write permission to create or configure an affected SQL v2 sensor; the published impact is execution of files already present outside that directory.
