CVE-2023-31423

Sensitive information disclosure via unmasked supportsave fields

Published Aug 31, 2023 · Updated Feb 13, 2025

Information exposure in Brocade SANnav before 2.3.0 and 2.2.2a allows local users to read sensitive fields from supportsave output. The supportsave component copies configuration-log fields into its collected output without masking their sensitive values. Exploitation requires access to an already collected supportsave file and discloses only the sensitive data stored there.
