Out-of-bounds read in AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC/RFSoC before 2023.2 allows local users with high privileges to disclose TF-A RAM data. The pm_api_get_name function uses an unvalidated clock_id as an index into the ext_clocks array, permitting reads beyond its bounds. Exploitation requires high privileges and user interaction; the resulting read can leak data or interrupt service.
