Data compromise via raced XGMI TA commands

A TOCTOU race in the AMD Secure Processor on affected AMD GPUs allows local users to alter XGMI TA commands during processing. The ASP checks an XGMI TA command and later uses the same mutable command without ensuring it remained unchanged between the check and execution. Low-privilege local access and winning a high-complexity race are required; successful command tampering can expose or alter protected data or interrupt processing.
