Service interruption via unchecked DPM array index

Out-of-bounds read in AMD Radeon graphics drivers allows local users to interrupt service through malformed DPM function arguments. The driver fails to validate an array index before dynamic power management functions process attacker-controlled arguments, causing memory to be read outside the intended bounds. Low-privileged local access is required, and the documented consequence is availability loss without confidentiality or integrity impact.
