Account takeover via mutable Azure AD email claims

Authentication bypass in Grafana and Grafana Enterprise allows remote attackers to take over user accounts via multi-tenant Azure AD OAuth. The OAuth user lookup trusts the mutable, non-unique Azure AD email claim instead of the identity provider's unique user ID. Exposure requires a multi-tenant Azure AD application without allowed_groups restrictions; successful exploitation grants control of the matched Grafana account and its accessible data.
