CVE-2023-31188

Authenticated command execution via undisclosed injection locus

Published Sep 6, 2023 · Updated Sep 27, 2024

OS command injection in TP-Link Archer C20, C50, and C55 firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands. TP-Link and JPCERT/CC have not published the affected management-interface parameter or the command-construction operation that mishandles it. Access must originate from the adjacent network and use a logged-in account; successful exploitation grants command execution on the router.
