IPC access via unvalidated redirected webview origin

Open redirect in Tauri 1.0.0 through 1.0.8, 1.1.0 through 1.1.3, and 1.2.0 through 1.2.4 allows remote attackers to access IPC. The webview IPC handler does not verify the current page URL before dispatching messages, so a redirected external page inherits access to configured APIs and application commands. Exploitation requires an application that permits arbitrary navigation or contains an open redirect, plus user interaction; consequences are limited to the endpoints and commands that application exposes.
