Device crash via unchecked neighbor entry pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Contiki-NG 4.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash devices via crafted IPv6 Router Solicitations. In os/net/ipv6/uip-nd6.c, the Router Solicitation handler uses the unchecked result of uip_ds6_nbr_add after an SLLAO address change. An unauthenticated attacker must reach the device's IPv6 Neighbor Discovery interface; triggering the fault interrupts the affected node.
