Authentication bypass in DMTF libspdm before 2.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to establish an SPDM responder session. The FINISH and PSK_FINISH handlers accept completion for the opposite handshake mode because they do not verify session_info->use_psk before completing the session. Exploitation requires adjacent access to a responder that enables DHE and PSK simultaneously with mutual authentication; requesters and other responder configurations are unaffected.
