Buffer over-read via unterminated macro expansion line

Out-of-bounds read in mod_macro in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.57 and earlier allows attackers to read past a buffer during configuration parsing. The expansion loop used strncpy with MAX_STRING_LEN minus one without ensuring a terminating null byte before substitute_macro_args processed the line. The path requires mod_macro and an exceptionally long macro configuration line; published records do not explain remote control of that line or whether the read causes disclosure or a crash.
