Data disclosure via retained deleted-user permissions

Authorization flaw in InLong Manager in Apache InLong 1.5.0 through 1.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to read deleted users' data. The user-deletion path removes the user record but leaves the username as a creator or in-charge principal on groups, clusters, cluster tags, data nodes, and consumers. A later account that resolves to the retained principal inherits access to those resources, exposing their data without reported write or service-disruption capability.
