Kernel hang via N_GSM virtual-console deadlock

Deadlock in the Linux kernel 6.2 N_GSM line discipline allows local users to block the kernel by attaching N_GSM to a virtual console. The gsmld_write path holds a spinlock while calling the console writer, which tries to take the console lock and can sleep in atomic context. Local access and the ability to set N_GSM on a virtual console are required; the CVE record remains disputed despite the demonstrated kernel warning.
