Local kernel crash via cleared mux pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel 6.2 vidtv test driver allows local users to crash the kernel through DVB feed teardown. vidtv_stop_streaming clears dvb->mux and then passes that NULL value to vidtv_mux_stop_thread, which dereferences the missing mux object. The flaw is reachable when the vidtv test driver is enabled and a local user can exercise its DVB device interface; the demonstrated result is a kernel oops and service interruption.
