System crash via stale skcipher receive length

Race condition in the Linux kernel's symmetric-key cipher interface allows local users to crash the system through an AF_ALG socket. In skcipher_recvmsg, the code preserves ctx->used as zero before waiting for socket data and passes that stale zero length to af_alg_make_sg after data arrives. Local access to the AF_ALG interface is required, and the demonstrated consequence is a system crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
