SQL injection in Apache Log4cxx 0.9.0 through 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL through logged input. ODBCAppender interpolates log fields into its configured SQL statement without escaping or parameter binding. Exploitation requires ODBC support, an enabled ODBCAppender, and attacker-controlled data reaching a log event; resulting database actions are limited by the appender account.
