CVE-2023-31025

Information disclosure via LDAP username injection

Published Jan 12, 2024 · Updated Jun 17, 2025

LDAP injection in NVIDIA DGX A100 BMC firmware before 00.22.05 allows remote attackers to disclose information over the management network. The BMC fails to validate special characters in LDAP authentication usernames before using them in directory-service lookups. Exploitation requires access to the adjacent BMC management network and an LDAP-backed external authentication configuration; the reported consequence is information disclosure only.
