Privilege escalation via reparse-point arbitrary write

Arbitrary file write in NVIDIA GPU Display Driver for Windows allows local users to write data to privileged locations via reparse points. The driver follows attacker-controlled reparse points during a privileged file operation instead of constraining the destination. Low-privileged local access is required, and a successful write can execute code, elevate privileges, disclose information, tamper with data, or interrupt service.
