Authenticated SQL injection via actionDel id parameter
Published Jun 5, 2023 · Updated Jan 8, 2025
SQL injection in the actionDel function of IBOS 4.5.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL via the id parameter. The actionDel handler processes the attacker-controlled id parameter as SQL syntax in the dashboard approval deletion query. A valid low-privileged account and adjacent-network access are required, and exploitation can read or write database data and interrupt service.
