Local privilege escalation in the Performance Tools component of IBM-i 7.2 through 7.5 allows local users to gain all-object access. IBM has not published which operation in the 5770-PT1 component mishandles privileges or the input that triggers the flaw. Command-line access is required, and successful exploitation grants unrestricted access to host objects without a reported remote path.
