CVE-2023-30952Network attack vector

Authenticated phishing links via reporterPath parameter injection

Published Aug 3, 2023 · Updated Oct 9, 2024

Improper input validation in Palantir Foundry Frontend before 6.228.0 allows remote authenticated users to create convincing phishing links. The Issues creation flow trusts a client-edited reporterPath request parameter when constructing a link, allowing an attacker-controlled destination. A Foundry account with Issue-creation access is required, and abuse produces a credible link for follow-on social engineering rather than direct code execution or data access.
