Phishing content injection via missing origin validation
Published Jul 26, 2023 · Updated Oct 15, 2024
Origin validation error in Palantir Technologies Slate before 6.207.0 allows remote attackers to modify page content for phishing. The Slate sandbox fails to validate the origin associated with untrusted input before permitting that input to change rendered page content. A victim must interact with attacker-controlled content, and the resulting integrity impact is limited to presenting deceptive page material.
