Stack-based buffer overflow in Siemens Xpedition Layout Browser before VX.2.14 allows attackers to execute code through a malicious PCB file. The PCB parser writes crafted file data beyond a stack buffer, but Siemens has not disclosed the affected parser routine or field. Execution requires a user to open the file and runs with current process privileges; malformed input can also crash the application.
