Unauthenticated command execution via PHPSESSID shell expansion

OS command injection in Sangfor Next-Generation Application Firewall 8.0.7 through 8.0.17 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The /cgi-bin/login.cgi handler embeds the PHPSESSID cookie in an echo shell command without neutralizing backticks or shell substitutions. Network access to the CGI service is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands can make outbound requests.
