Unauthorized resource access via predictable generated secrets

Insufficient randomness in Netflix Lemur before 1.3.2 allows remote attackers to guess generated secrets and access managed resources. The get_random_secret and get_psuedo_random_string utilities, plus the example configuration, select characters with Python random.choice rather than a cryptographic generator. Exploitation requires a deployment to retain or use an affected session, token, encryption, keystore, OAuth, certificate-challenge, or user-password value.
