Cross-site scripting via unsanitized anchor URLs

Cross-site scripting in Meta Platforms Lexical before 0.10.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted link. @lexical/link passes an anchor's untrusted href into the DOM without rejecting the javascript: scheme, so the browser executes it when clicked. The host application must parse attacker-controlled input into a Lexical link, and a user must click it; execution occurs in the application's browser context.
