Arbitrary file-descriptor write in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Nov-2023 Release 1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The libsec-ril component writes through an attacker-selected file descriptor because a required check is absent; Samsung has not disclosed the responsible function or input path. Exploitation requires local access and high privileges, and successful abuse executes attacker-controlled code on the device.
