CVE-2023-30733

Local code execution via HDCP trustlet overflow

Published Oct 4, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Stack-based buffer overflow in the HDCP trustlet in Samsung Mobile Devices Android 12 and 13 allows local privileged attackers to execute code. The trustlet performs an insufficient size check on supplied input, allowing data to overflow a stack buffer.
