PendingIntent hijacking in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Sep-2023 Release 1 allows local users to access arbitrary files. LmsAssemblyTrackerCTC fails to enforce access control on a PendingIntent, allowing a local attacker to hijack it for file access. Exploitation requires local execution and user interaction; the published impact is file disclosure without file modification or service interruption.
