Improper component export in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Sep-2023 Release 1 allows local users to change an Auto Hotspot setting. WifiApAutoHotspotEnablingActivity is exported without proper access control, exposing its setting-change operation to unprivileged local software. Exploitation requires local access to an affected Android 13 device; the reported consequence is limited to modifying that setting.
