PendingIntent hijacking in WifiGeofenceManager on Samsung Mobile Devices with Android 11 through 13 allows local users to read arbitrary files. WifiGeofenceManager creates or handles a PendingIntent without adequate access control, allowing another local app to hijack it for file access. Exploitation requires local execution and user interaction under Samsung's assessment, and the reported consequence is file disclosure rather than modification or service interruption.
