Out-of-bounds write in libsimba on Samsung Mobile Devices with Android 11 through 13 allows remote attackers to execute code. The parser_hvcC function fails to validate untrusted hvcC input data before writing outside the destination bounds. Exploitation requires user interaction, but Samsung has not disclosed the delivery format or parsing path for the malicious input.
