Out-of-bounds write in RmtUimApdu in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Aug-2023 Release 1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The libsec-ril handler permits an unauthorized caller to reach RmtUimApdu, where processing writes beyond a memory boundary. The attack requires local, high-privilege access, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the radio interface layer context.
