Improper access control in Samsung Mobile Devices on Android 13 allows local users to send broadcasts with system privilege. The Audio system service authenticates broadcast requests incorrectly, but Samsung has not disclosed the affected function or check. Local access to an affected Android 13 device is required; successful exploitation grants only the ability to originate a broadcast with system privilege.
