Out-of-bounds write in libsec-ril in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Jul-2023 Release 1 allows local users to corrupt memory. DoOemImeiSetPreconfig fails to validate an input before an ensuing write exceeds the destination buffer. Low-privileged local access to an affected Android 11, 12, or 13 device is required; Samsung reports memory corruption without a further consequence.
