Local chipset identifier disclosure via missing permission

Information disclosure in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Jul-2023 Release 1 allows local users to read the UWB chipset identifier. The getDefaultChipId method in UwbAospAdapterService returns the identifier without enforcing an authorization permission. A local app on an Android 12 or 13 device needs no privileges to obtain the hardware identifier; no broader impact is reported.
