Code execution via unchecked RILD IPC length

Heap out-of-bounds write in RILD on selected Samsung Android 11, 12, and 13 Exynos devices allows attackers to execute arbitrary code. RmtUimNeedApdu copies a two-byte, attacker-controlled IPC length of up to 0xffff into a 0x120-byte heap object without validating the length. Exploitation requires control of the baseband runtime and yields code execution in Android's radio context.
