Local code execution via unchecked IPC length

Heap out-of-bounds write in RILD on selected Android 11 through 13 Exynos devices allows local users to execute arbitrary code. IpcRxIncomingCBMsg copies a two-byte-length IPC payload into a fixed 0x9e8-byte heap object without checking that the length fits the destination. Exploitation requires control of the baseband runtime and yields code execution in the Android radio context.
