Arbitrary code execution via unchecked IPC copy

Stack out-of-bounds write in RILD on selected Android 11, 12, and 13 Exynos devices allows attackers to execute arbitrary code. CdmaSmsParser copies an IPC message as large as 0x40800 bytes into a 1,096-byte stack buffer without checking packet_len. Reachability requires a malicious or compromised baseband to send a crafted IPC message, and successful corruption can overwrite stack frames and return values in the Android radio context.
